All orders are subject to product availability. We aim to keep stock information on our website accurate and up to date. However, from time to time, stock discrepancies may occur, and some items may become unavailable after purchase.
If this happens, we will contact you to confirm whether you would prefer to:
- Wait until the item is restocked, or
- Receive a refund for the unavailable item.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping options and charges are shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed.
Our current delivery options are:
- Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days — Free
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days — £15
The shipping cost shown at checkout is the final delivery charge for your order.
3. Delivery Area
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
4. Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays. While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur during busy periods, courier delays, or holiday closures.
5. Delivery Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to update the address before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
6. P.O. Box Deliveries
We may be able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses where supported by the delivery service used for your order.
7. Delays and Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or peak seasonal demand.

9. Damaged Parcels in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
