At Animal Forum, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
1. 30-Day Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn, unused, and undamaged
- With tags attached, where applicable
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
2. How to Start a Return

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
When contacting us, please include your order number and, where possible, clear photographs of the item and packaging.
4. Non-Returnable Items

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
We also do not accept returns on:

- Final sale or clearance items, where clearly marked

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first.
Once your return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
If the return is due to our error, such as a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we will provide further instructions and help resolve the issue appropriately.
8. Order Cancellations

We can only cancel an order before it has been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to request a return after receiving it.
